Hi! I bought Prism and not too long ago my system crashed and I bought a new laptop and want to re-install it on it. I have my license Serial Number and my I.D. - Key How can I download load it as now I am using the free trial. Of course now it is only $13.00 when I bought it it was $35.00. Sad there is no way to get in contact with any one to help you at NCH unless you pay for tech. support.
