    It is now August 2009 and I agree 100 percent.
  2. If you think these people are sharks. Everybody send a copy to the prime minister. That might get this company to give some needed help to the poor customer who is just trying to make a living or enjoying life.
  3. I brought IVM Answering Attendant v 4.11 for an answering service for one line. I am unable to get the prerecorded message to play when somebody calls me. I have dsl and a Zoom 56k V.92/V.90 PCI Voice Fax Modem. I went on the Zoom web site and downloaded the most up to date drivers. I am running Vista Utilimate 32 bit. I call Microsoft and they told me to call Dell. They spent about a hour and was unable to help me. I also called Microsoft again on Friday and they spent about one hour and also called Zoom. Nether Microsoft or Zoom was able to get by this problem. How do you take care of that problem. Microsoft, Dell and Zoom inform me not to buy anymore software from this compay because they were unable to locate a modem on the web site that did not of problems.
