I'm using the Prism software and I'm trying to convert MPG to WMV, or MP4 to WMV or even FLV to WMV. Any method I choose the result is a WMV video with three big stripes vertically across the entire video (bluish green and purple). The only encoding options I get are WM8 and WM9. But I have version 11 on my WindowsXP Prof system. According to the documentation, I shoiuld be able to choose whatever codecs for WM are loaded on my machine? So why can't I choose WM11? Will that solve the problem? Why is Prism poorly converting my files to WMV format?
