I have a few users set up so that when they finish their dictation and send it, it is supposed to be emailed to their assistant. I have the option selected to send whether or not they actually hit *1 at the end of the dictation. One user receives a mail host server error (data terminator not accepted) error message. This does not happen for all files that this user sends. Anybody have any ideas?
