Hello, I am new here. This site was recommended to me by a fellow Virtual Assistant friend of mine. Ok so I downloaded the free Express Scribe which also has the dictation feature to it. I am testing it out and seem to be having trouble receiving the file into my Scribe section so that I can just press the play button and start. Its telling me I have to sign up for automatic downloading and when I try to do that it does not let me. I have tried the manual way and I do see the file in my documents but I keep getting a pop up saying that the space on my recording hard drive is very low and I need to make space. Please excuse my ignorance but where do I find the recording hard drive in order to delete some files to make space. This is a first for me but I really want this to work out. Also, could that pop up warning be the reason it is NOT loading in? I went and deleted some stuff I did not need and now it says I have 275MB only. How much MB does a little test dictation take? Its a 2 second recording. Can someone help me figure this out? Thanks very much. Helen.
