Where can I find version 4.22?

I am using Express Scribe version 4.23 on Vista 32bit along with Microsoft Word 2007. When I attempt to use the hotkeys from within Word, Express Scribe steals focus, whether its minimized or not. Is there a way to correct this behavior?
