Hi, I am having problem with DSS file duration that it is shown in the system it is 8 min and 40 sec but when I download the file to my PC and load it to Express Scribe it shows 6 minute. Please advice as to what may cause this problem? I have downloaded it many times, even to different locations in my PC, but problem remains the same. I have also tried to convert its format through Switch but no avail. I would be grateful if you could provide any suggestions which could help in the resolution of this problem. Hello to All, I am using Express Scribe on Windows 2000 Professional and having problem that when I load mp3 files it loads but shows zero duration although I can play this file on windows media player....I have tried using all versions of Express Scribe but non of them worked ....I have also tried different component installations but did not work....
