  2. I'm sorry but my voip provider have try several tests yesterday, and he didn't reach to resolve the problem. You say there are 3 - 4 ways to send key responses to the other end, could you detail a program of a compatible method (name, language, codec, process or other) to adapt the voip service with IVM? Thank you
  3. It's ok, my new voip provider have change the configuration of our account to adapt it to the codec G711. However, I have another problem now : The persons who have outbound calls can't use the Key Response. For example : Before, with the anscient voip provider, when a person received an outbound call he could leave message for mailbox pressing touch 1. Now, with the new voip provider, when a person receive an outbound call and press the touch 1, nothing happens. Thank You.
  4. Thank you, I simply set up the port on the router as you explained me, and the sound is much better now. Otherwize my sip provider ask me what the codec is used for ivm and express talk, to adapt my account to them?
  5. Hello, Sometimes, the quality of the outbound calls is awfull. I asked my sip provider why, an they answered me that the problem could be from the G729 codec missed. How select the G729 codec for IVM? If the problem of the quality of the outbound calls doesn't depend of the G729 codec, have you other hypothesys??? Thank You! Alexandre (France, Lille)
  6. I looked for, in the manual, the signification of "Caller pressed key [A]" that appears in my logs in IVM, but I didn't find! What's that? for my outcoming calls i give 3 functions : 1- the ogm repeat 2- to listen again the commercial contact 3- to receive the message no more And when I test, I call one of my phone numbers and when I press 1,2,3, so 1,2,3 appears in my logs. what's correspond to [A]? thx!

  8. Hello, I’ve downloaded ’’IVM Answering Attendant’’ and ‘’express talk’’ for my business. I use a sip account; I can call out going and receive calls ingoing with ‘’express talk’’. But after I’ve entered my sip account (sip number, password, and proxy) in IVM Answering as for ‘’express talk’’, I received this message: “A ‘symmetric’ NAT or router has been detected between this computer and the internet. This means audio cannot be routed to this computer automatically. You (or your Network Administrator) are strongly advised to manually setup RTP/UDP redirection at the router or NAT otherwise audio my be delayed, low or broken. See the manual topic “Networking” for more.” And the outbound autodial calls don’t work. In bottom of the windows there is “Registered as: 33175431872@keyyo.net” and all the 10 minutes a sentence is rewritten “Unable to auto-detect public IP. Using private IP. What symmetric NAT and RTP/UDP are??? What can I do? Thank you very much!!! Alexandre, Lille, France
