I recently purchased and installed DialDictate. It seemed to be working fine the first day or so, but now it continously drops the calls. This is costing me money!!!!! I have tested the line and it is not the line, or modem, because I am able to make and receive calls using Express Talk. I have used Express Scribe for years with no problems, but am having great problems with Dial Dictate and the delay in technical support is extremely discouraging. I sent a technical support ticket request but haven't heard anything back from them and REALLY need help with this issue.
Are there any support numbers to call, or do they just offer email support? I paid for additional support when I bought the product but I didn't not know that there wasn't phone support (or doesn't seem to be).
I hope someone can help me with this problem quickly. It is scary to look at this board and realize that there have been no posting on this forum board since October 2009. HOpefully someone monitors this board.
