Hi Nchcc Thanks for your reply. I have successfully downloaded v4.05 and it will load the dictation but it's saying that the duration is 0.00 when i know that the dictation is much longer. Has anyone come across this before? thanks Georgie

Hi Please can you tell me where you downloaded v4.05 from? I'm at my wits end, i thought i'd found it on google but its only for Mac. The downloads for windows don't work anymore. thanks so much G

Hi Could anyone please tell me how i can download version 4.05 of Express Scribe. It seems if i download this version i will be able to load .dss files. I cant find it in the search tool or find a link anywhere. I found a couple for windows on google but the downloads wont work anymore and the rest only seem to be for Mac. I'm getting really desparate now. Any help would be really appreciated. thanks a million. Georgie

Hi I have downloaded Express Scribe successfully on my Windows XP/2000 laptop but it wont load .dss files. I know other people have had this problem and I tried Roadrunner's suggestion from Nov 07 but i dont think you can download old versions of Express Scribe anymore? Has anyone resolved this problem with dss files? I have downloaded switch but that wont work either. Thanks very much. GBradley
