  1. An ISO file is simply a disk image. There is no conversion because the image can be any type of file(s). You should probably use some type of disk burning program. For example, Roxio's Disk Copier feature has "Source" and "Destination" options. Your Destination will be your CD-R, and for your Source look for the ISO Disk Image. Click "Copy Now" and you should have a working disk to play. By the way, if you don't have a disk burning program you can download a free one here: http://www.imgburn.com/
  2. I had the same problem. The "uninstall" feature didn't work for me, just started the program. I looked in several places for support on uninstalling, and this is clearly not an issue for the company. I think the programmer for the uninstall used to ride the short bus. What I did was pretty extreme. I am running Windows XP and I manually removed the program from a DOS prompt. I initially tried to run within XP with "CMD" program, but the Switch program would not grant me access. I rebooted my machine into Safe Mode with Command Prompt (hold down the F8 key when the machine starts). Not sure how familiar you are with DOS prompts, but you need to be careful how to get around and delete files. You should set a Restore point before you restart. After booting in Safe Mode, I typed: cd c:\program files I cannot recall the specific folder for the NCH programs, but you can find them by typing "dir" to view the directory. Type: cd and the name of the NCH directory. From there, you can view the folders where the programs are installed, and can "look" in those folders using the "cd" command. Use the "del" command to delete the files of your choosing. When you restart Windows, be sure to use a program like CCleaner to eliminate the program links and to cleanup the Registry.
