Yeah. I have the same exact problem. No ringing noise when transfering a call to another extension. It connects... but a HUGE LONG SILENCE. I can't believe either nobody has noticed, or NCH hasn't fixed this. Pretty crappy problem!

I having the same problem! Geezes this is so annoying. Can anyone get this working? I can't believe that not that many people are complaining about this. It's pretty crappy! I did notice one thing. Although I am using IVM to transfer the caller to Axon extensions, I think the problem lies with Axon itself. The reason is because when I try simple calling one extension to another, I hear a ringing prompt as usual. However, if I was on a call (on a Axon ext with an outside caller) if I do a call transfer manually, the caller will still get that same silence. I also tried using IVM without Axon and transferred a call to an outside line. It played a ring prompt fine. No silent pauses. So to sum it up... 1. Calling Axon ext to ext rings fine. 2. IVM transfer without Axon rings fine. 3. IVM transfer through Axon, the caller gets a long silent pause. 4. Manual transfer of a call from one Axon ext to another you still get a long silent pause. IT MUST BE AXON!
