  1. I recorded several tracks on a multi-track reel to reel, then played some of the tracks into Wavepad and saved to CD, making sure there was a reference in the beginning of each track for lining up later in the studio. The tracks from the reel to reel, and the CD tracks, were then loaded onto the mastering gear in the recording studio, and the CD tracks do not line up with the tracks from the reel. They start out lined up, and the pitch is the same, but by about 10-20 sec. into the song, the CD tracks begin getting out of alignment with the tracks from the reel to reel and are quite off by the end of the song. The mystery is that the pitch hasn't changed, but somehow there is something happening in Wavepad (or perhaps the CD burner?) that is changing the length. Since it never occurred to me that this would happen, it has caused quite a problem. Anyone have any ideas what might be going on? Thanks much, signed: "Thought I Had Figured Out A Way To Get More Tracks Out Of My 8-Track"
  2. I purchased WavePad Master's Edition and thought Express Burn comes with it, but I just keep having to re-install the free trial version. Anyone know if this is correct?
  3. Hey Nchto, thanks!! for solving my speed change problem -
  4. I changed the speed of one file, and now all of my files stored in wavepad are playing too slow, although when I click on Effects/Speed Change, they show 100%. Anyone know how to get the files to play at proper speed again?
  5. I just purchased the Master's Edition, and I'm trying to change Wavepad Options to NOT play automatically when file is opened, and NOT play automatically after an edit, but I keep getting the message "working file does not exist". Anyone know what to do? Thanks
  6. Started using the free version of wavepad, love it!! But have a question: when I add effects and normalization to a file, then save it, are the effects and normalization saved? The wave form, when opened later, does not look as expansive as it does when normalized initially, so I'm not sure if it's being saved with it. Thanks for any help!
