  1. Hi Pythonpoole, I did the wizard and it did find Axon. I don't know how to tell if it did find the Synway. How could I tell? I have to attend to other things no, but I'll be back, I'm sure, requesting further assistance. I went ahead and purchased the Vonage Softphone Plan since my need is urgent. I'll try that and I'll post again for help. Thank you.
  2. Hi Pythanpoole, Again thank you. I downloaded Carousel as you suggested, installed it, read the help file, and I'm stuck again. In Setting - General tab, "the default VoIP number to dial is: "Carousel" is what I have. In Telephony - Name, I have a list: Carousel FXO Gateway and it asks me for a proxy server. I don't have one. Is it needed? Thanks
  3. Hi pythonpoole, Thanks for your quick reply! I have a "VoiceBoard" BoardModel=SHP-8AIV-ST that was suggested I buy it. Does this provide the same functionality as the SPA3102? I didn't see that it had much of a configuration settings area, but I did open the *.ini file to snoop around. Also, is the SPA3102 very complicated to configure? I'm good at following instructions, so if there is somewhere where I can find detailed instructions on configuring the SPA3102 and the Axon (in relation to each other) I may be able to do it. I found the adaptor for $55 and Vonage's plan is $10 /month. I appreciate your help with this and I'll follow your advice. Kind regards.
  4. I have installed Axon on my pc and I'm using Vonage as my phone provider. I have the Axon Virtual PBX running and I have done the instructions from http://nch.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=5091, yet I can not get it to work. I'm trying to call the number that is connected to Axon (on my pc) and have that call forwarded to an external number and it does not work. I don't know if it's the cables connection or something in the configuration. The Vonage console only has one active line, therefore, I don't know how to get an RJ11 to the actual phone and to the pc. As you can tell, I'm a bit confused as to how to get this set-up. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, dalgra01
