I am using Windows 10. I can record. After recording, I can listen to the recording. However, I can not record and listen at the same time. What do you recommend to fix this? Thanks, Mitchell

I could not sort out hot to get this information to Tech Support, so I thought I would post it here. I have several NCH programs and they all work well. I downloaded SoundTap last night and installed it. on reboot, the computer repeatedly threw the STDRIVERX64.sys error with a page fault and I could not get it to boot after ~15 attempts. I did a safe boot and uninstalled SoundTap and it worked fine. I don't know if this is a common bug, but thought I would provide the info to you. Please contact me if you would like any additional information.

When I open up a directory in Stamp, the folders are not in alphabetic order. Is there some way to alphabetize? thanks, Mitchell

I need to split a 16 hour audiofile, and it appears that I can only split into 30 files. Is this just a limitation of the free version, or a limitation of the paid version? I am splitting based on a 3 second pause in the track. Thanks. Mitchell

There are 2 songs I would like to mix/merge, but at different volumes. One is a loud song that I would like to soften and then follow it with another song at the normal volume. Can you tell me what software to use for this and how to do it? Thanks, Mitchell
