  1. I have IVM (4.08) & IMS (3.13) installed. IVM is only setup as a call attendant for 2 lines, voicemail isnt configured. But after writing this I remembered the Axon settings were set to "transfer to '199' if not answered or busy after 14 secs". I have changed this/unticked the option but the red writing "21:54:08 X No destination specified in subscribe message from from user@192.168.__.__:5060" still appears. Any further thoughts?
  2. Axon PBX 2.01 console displays this message every 4 secs, sometimes every 2 secs "21:54:08 X No destination specified in subscribe message from from user @192.168.__.__:5060" "21:54:12 X No destination specified in subscribe message from from user @192.168.__.__:5060" "21:54:16 X No destination specified in subscribe message from from user @192.168.__.__:5060" Whats this message telling me? Is there a setting I havent configured yet?
  3. Hi All . . . Have been playing around with settings in Axon & IVM... My latest finding with IVM is if one of the lines are selected to only accept '1' concurrent call & i create a new line called 'Voice Mail' & give it the extension ID '199' then it registers with Axon as an extension as sip: 199@.. ... .. .... expires: ... .... ... I called my phone No & selected the extension via the OGM, was directed correctly, rang for 10 secs then the call was re-directed to 199 (like it should) but 199 is a line which when called plays the OGM...... I cant see any option to make the new line (which is called Voice Mail) go to the actual Voice Mail (when redirected). Did something go wrong in the installation? ... or Have I not configured something properly... from what the site (http://www.nch.com.au/ivm/screenshots.html) says.. using figure 1 (called Main Window) it lists in the LOG 198 & 199 as being registered with Axon. Mine doesnt do this, only lists 198@....... Is IVM designed to run as a single service or is it capable of running Voice Mail & Call Attendant together? Whats the difference between: # Download IVM (Primary Server ivmsetup.exe - 720K) & # Download IVM (Secondary Server ivm.zip) ??
  4. Currently Axon & IVM & IMS is working great, except this: A caller is greeted by the OGM, a number is selected from the caller & is transferred to ring on the desired extension. In Axon it is setup to 'Use voice mail if not answered or busy' after 10 secs (on each extension), to dial on extension 199. I have manually setup a few mailboxes for these extensions in IVM. - Whats happening: A caller selects the extension via the OGM, the extension rings but keeps on ringing way after 10 secs & doesnt get redirected to the extension (IVM) on 199. In Axon>Extensions, ive noticed the extension 199 for voicemail doesnt register to look something like: sip:199@192.168._._:5061 expires at 12:58:58 - Call Attendant & On hold player, extensions, etc register ok, is IVM meant to register like these also? - Any Ideas why Axon (or E.Talk) arent redirecting the call to the mailbox after 10 secs? Axon version: 2.0 IVM version: 4.08 E.Talk version: 3.08
  5. Thanks pythonpoole, i've double checked the issue, Using Axon We can make internal/network calls ok, we can call pstn & other SIP phone No's ok, but if someone calls us we can hear them but they cant hear us. Here's the NB6 settings i had: type . external port . IP Address(of server) . internal port tcp/udp . 5060 . 192.168.x.xx . 5060 tcp/udp . 8000-8025 . 192.168.x.xx . 8000-8025 Axon Settings: General Tab: Service Settings: Run on local service (no network access) ....... What does this mean? Network tab: Listening local port SIP port: 5060 RTP port: 8000 (starting from) Allow incoming calls: ticked: use uPNP ticked: Use STUN server ticked: use static IP Address (public IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, external SIP: 5060, external RTP: 8000 (starting from)) Do these settings look ok? Let me know what u think Jim
  6. Hi All! My Setup: I have one DID Number, I'm using an NB6 Netcomm ADSL2+ modem/router (with the latest firware), I've configured the ports 5060 & 5061 (TCP/UDP) & ports 8000-8025 (TCP/UDP) to be forwarded to my Win2003 Server. Each extension is using a softfone. The Win2003 Server is acting as a DNS Server. The problem is every caller (outside the local network) cant hear me but i can hear them. I can make an internal voip phone call to an extension & the call & audio is fine. If I turn off Axon & use the softfone the same thing happens, I can hear the caller but they cant hear me. My gut feeling is its a dreaded PORT issue, any ideas? Jim
