Hi, I'm trying to dictate over video conference, using Virtual Audio Cable to redirect audio from VCON to Express Dictate and back. As VAC just copies digital audio between virtual ports, it can not convert but only accepts the format of the first user.
The VCON output is 48kHz 16bit 1channel and input 22050/8/2, while ED seems to use 11025/16/1 both ways. How can I adjust the digital audio format used?
BTW http://www.nch.com.au/express/sdk.html says "settings are contained in the file "C:\Program Files\NCH Swift Sound\Express Dictate\settings.ini"". Can't find such file. Somewhere in registry?
