  1. Hello All, I have two offices linked via VPN, I have an SPA3102 at each office, one office has a server running Axon V1.31, the spa3102's have a handset plugged in and are connected via the internet port to my office networks, the line connection connects to the PSTN at each office. I have registered an extension for each handset and have registered an External line for each PSTN. I am wanting to set up dialing rules so when I make a call the call is placed on appropriate PSTN depending on the rule. Both offices can receive calls on the PSTN and I can call the extension in one office from the other and vice versa. I have an issue, if I make a call from Office one and the rule dictates the call should go out on office one's PSTN the call is fine, if the rule dictates it should go through office two's PSTN then Axon answers but does not forward to the PSTN it is silent for 10 seconds then it either hangs up or I get an alternating dial tone. If I call from office two and the rule states to use office one's PSTN all is fine but if I am in office two and the rule states to use office two's PSTN I get the same, Axon answers but then the call either goes dead or I get a two tone dial tone. I have checked the SPA in office two at office one and it works fine, I am connecting the SPA in office two via the VPN to the server and I guess there is no firewalling or NAT issue as I can call extension to extension perfectly. Anybody got any idea's what I am doing wrong or if what I am trying to achieve is even possible. Thanx in advance
