Thanks for writing..the IVM doesnt detect the CAHTA board..shows four icons on the right hand corner and when u roll over the mouse shows inactive..and in the log field..says starting the CAHTA driver failed. moreover two days back I could see all the lines on my EPABX.I tried installing all available drivers on Synways site ..but didnt make a difference.is it somethign with the PABX..that the CAHTA box isnt being detected or something.

Hi.. Want to check should there be any particular settings or configuration in the PABX programming so that it can communicate to the IVM software..what are the basic settings at the PABX.I want to use the CAHTA board which will be connected to the PABX lines..am facing a problem cannot see the tel lines on the software. Pl help !!

Thanks PythonPoole..no i had the call recording software already installed , infact installed a new sound card on the PCI slot (Yamaha) after installing the IVM..pl do let me know the software you are referring to which would allow two programs to access the same application.Would it work if I installed a second CAHTA board..so that each of the softwares could access respective boards..but catch is both have to access same kind of tel lines.

Hi there.. I have recently downloaded the trial version of IVM attendant for my office..i installed the same on my server Windows 2003 two daysback. I have a EPABX system installed ..that day the IVM ran fine..and showed me all the lines active on my EPABX. It has now suddenly stopped showing the telephone lines in my office and is just displaying four icons on the bottom bar which displays CAHTA inactive..I cant add any other lines ..tried trouble shooting my Synway box ..reinstalling all sorts of drivers..the last driver being used was Shciti.4.7.3.0 didnt find the Shciti4.7.2.0 as recommended on your site..I have call recording software which also uses the same USB board.. can some one help..what the problem could be.does it have anything to do with the EPABX..but in this case then why would it show CAHTA inactive.? New problem too..i tried running the software and it gave me the memory dump blue screen.. Pl help.
