Hi: I did reinstall Express Scribe. I am using the latest version, I have checked all the hardware and all the diagnostics state they are working fine, I think it is a window's based problem. When I pulg in the foot pedal I get "The USB may have mafunctioned, windows does not reocgnize, yellow asterisk." Thanks for any suggestions. This has been working fine for over a year until yesterday. Help please.

Hi to all: I have been using Express Scribe for a while now with the same VEC pedal. Unfortunately today I got a message "VEC Pedal not plugged in" I have tried everything, Help please. Sharon.
