  1. I'm not sure if this is in the Telephony card or the software. We have an issue where our Adtran recieves a disconnect and sends the signal to the card that a remote hang-up occured, but either the card or the software is not handling that signal correctly is my thought. It sits recording for 2 additional minutes, then finally disconnects. The board was bought with DialDictate and said to work with it. And it does, just not 100% yet. The model of the board is SHT-16B-CT/PCI. It's a 16 port PCI board. I've tried moving around the forward disconnects, switched remove battery to reverse battery, etc and spent 15+ hours sifting through documentation, changing settings and this and other websites with no answer anywhere in site. On top of that, NCH has no telephone contact for support, even though we spent thousands of dollars on software, we can't get anyone on the line for assistance. =( If anyone can help, either get me in touch with any support from NCH or tell me what settings to change in the modem or the software (except for those 2 check boxes that seems to be the only options to change), it would be greatly appreciated. Two check boxes = End-of-call tone detection during playback & software bases end-of-call tone detection. Change either of those did nothing at all for the issue. James Tucker
