Hi, I am new to this forum so please forgive me if i am posting to the wrong place! I have searched most of the forum but can't seem to find a definitive answer to my problem. I have a DSS file which has loaded into ES but it has only partially loaded. The file is about 40mins long but only 3mins has loaded into ES. Having read through the forum i realised that DSS files aren't properly supported by ES so i download Switch and tried coverting them to MP3 or WAV. the newly converted files now have 0.00 duration and won't even play in windows media player. when i load them into ES they say 0.00. does anyone have any ideas? I have tried this with ES version 4.14, 4.15 and 4.16. thanks
