Having purchased Expess Rip (Plus Edition ) this week I find I have two problems. 1. My two internal drives are detected but my external Sony DVD writer is not. 2. On opening Express Rip no audio files can be recognised & loaded from either of the two recognised drives, ( FreeRip however does recognise & load the audio files).
