  1. I just upgraded a user to Express Scribe 4 from Express Scribe 3. We needed Windows Media support, and the upgrade gave us that--wma files load wonderfully. Unfortunately, the mp3 files they had been processing without issue in Express Scribe 3 now load showing a duration of 0. I want to emphasize--these mp3 did work, but won't after the upgrade. In fact, now when I open them with Quicktime, Windows Media Player, or Real Player, the duration now is listed as 0. Quicktime was able to play the file despite that problem. Are there any cache files that might be interfering? Any temp files? Any suggestions from anyone?
