Ann Buffum

When I press play either with mouse or with foot pedal the sound file does not play, the counter doesn't advance. I don't believe it is an audio problem. I tried throwing out the application and down loading it again from the website. But nothing has helped. How come when you download the program it opens with all the dictation files and history in it? Ann
