I have a product that stores all of our voice files in a WMA file format. When I click on the file to download it - it does download - however it leaves an extra window popped up and if not closed will not allow me to download the next file. So just keep closing the extra pop-up and can work but annoying. Anyone have an idea on what setting might be causing this? Thanks

I updated to 4.16 today and it will no longer load a dss file.

Luckily ours are not copy protected so I will have MTs go straight up to 4.14 after I run a few tests on my computer. Thanks appreciate the information. KMC

My company has been recommending the use of your product for all of our Transcriptionists to type with. All of our files come down as .wma files. If this issue can not be fixed with the loading of these file types we will have to go to another company. What version did it work fine on and can we get a copy at that level so we don't lose work? Thanks
