Thank you so much for the reply. Well, I'm trying to contact NCH but it seems that they are not taking me seriousy untill I purchase IVM. And i cannot purchase it untill i know it will fit my needs. Also, i'm evaluating voiceguide and this issue is easily solved by modifying one VBS file in the system.

Hi, I need to add Arabic language prompts and make the system read the Arabic prompts. I got to change the default system prompts and it worked except that we say Arabic numbers different than English. For example, the number 25 (Twenty five) is said (Five and Twenty) in Arabic. Is there a way to change the system's logic to handle the Arabic numbers? Thanks,
