  1. Steps taken in configuring and setting up dial dictate 1. Setup public IP address to point directly too a computer with dial dictate on it 2. Signed up for 2 free sip service accounts to test dial dictate A. Setup one account to login through dial dictate and it registered correctly B. Used third party soft phone to call pc running dial dictate C. From within the same network if I placed a sip call dial dictate would only pick up the call sometimes D. I tried calling through the third party soft phone from an outside network which seemed to work more consistently however there were still instances where dial dictate did not pick up the call 3. Signed up for 2 call centric accounts and purchased a toll free number with one of the accounts A. Used call centric sip login information within dial dictate and it registered correctly B. Attempted calling the toll free number which was purchased and dial dictate did not pick up the call C. Ran network setup wizard within dial dictate and still call was not picked up D. Restarted the PC running dial dictate and then called again and dial dictate worked E. Hung up the phone and tried calling again and dial dictate no longer picked up the call F. Tried calling from Cell phone, voip phone, regular telephone line only work maybe after a few hours of restarting the PC and reconfiguring the network wizard for 1 or 2 phone calls then dial dictate no longer picks up the phone call G. Tried using call centric soft phone and calling dial dictate from sip to sip number and mixed results as before...sometimes it would work and sometimes not H. Installed soft phone on dial dictate pc and turned off dial dictate, then I called the toll free number and the call centric soft phone picks up the phone call every time I call from voip phone, cell phone, regular phone, no need to reconfigure or restart PC Thanks, JRossello
  2. Hello All, I just recently purchased dial dictate and all is well i have tested it using sip to sip calling and it works fine. Now i just signed up for a call centric account as it is a recommended sip provider. I purchased a toll free number and added money to my balance so i can receive incoming calls. I setup dial dictate with the user name and password for the sip login and it registers and everything fine, however if i call the toll free number which should forward directly to my box running dial dictate, it doesn't pick up the phone call. It rings for 30 seconds then i get a standard message saying lines are temporarily busy. Anyone using callcentric and have run into any configuration issues or this problem?? thanks in advance, JRossello
