Hello, I set up the following two cases: Case one Axon: External Line → 701 Axon 701 Group: (Ring on 101 + "Link to IMS On-Hold" + Server: localhost:606) When I call to the External line using a land line phone >> IMS works correctly (Music + Announcement) + Extension 101 is ringing in ET software When I put the incoming call on hold in ET >> A special kind of music (I call it MUSIC, it is not the music in ET>Options>Other tab>Ring Tones>Hold) Case Two Axon: External line → 198 (IVM) IVM: Default OGM → 701 (when I press 1 on the land line phone) Axon 701 Group: (Ring on 101 + "Link to IMS On-Hold" + Server: localhost:606) When I call to the AExternal line using a land line phone and the press 1 >> IMS doesn't work + MUSIC + Extension 101 is ringing in ET software When I put the incoming call on hold in ET >> MUSIC How can I force IMS to work correctly in the second case? Where is MUSIC located? I checked NCH programs (IVM, IMS, ET) and their directories, but I couldn't find it. What if I want to have IMS when I put the line on hold except than MUSIC. Please note that in ET>Opptions>Hold/Record tab>Hold Call>Link to IMS On-Hold Player is activated in both cases. Thanks Matthew
  2. Hi everybody, I have installed Axon and Express Talk (ET) on the server and another ET on my other computer. The Extension on server is 101 and the other one is 102. In Web Control, the SIP Servers in Setup Instruction for all extensions are the same as: soorkh.no-domain-set.bellcanada When I enter it into the Server (SIP Proxy or Virtual PBX), I get the following messages: Unable to find address of server: soorkh.no-domain-set.bellcanada Sever soorkh.no-domain-set.bellcanada did not respond to register (sip:101@soorkh.no-domain-set.bellcanada) Check server details for that line. But when I use my internal IP address as 192.168.1.100, ET gives: Registered as 101@192.168.1.100 I can make calls between 101 and 102 easily, but when I try to call my home phone using Callcentric, the call dose not go through even though I can see that somebody called me on recent calls on Callcentric web site. In this case ET rings 5 times and then gives: Error. Other side said: Temporarily Unavailable. And Axon Gives: Error Returned. 404 Wrong number dialed. Please note that I get number 9 before my home number. Also, when I use ET directly without Axon, I can make calls to my home phone using Callcentric. Now my questions are: 1- Why I cannot use soorkh.no-domain-set.bellcanada as my sever? 2- How can I make external calls through ET and Axon? 3- I believe that I cannot assign other extension numbers to people outside my wireless network using my internal IP address. How Can I solve this problem?
