Hello, Re: You must purchase a licence for each single user (who must have a single registered email address). Do you mean that to read (a separate email address must be registered for each user)? If so, must all dictations from various users be sent from each users own email address? The potential users are balking at purchasing because they don't want to enter their personal email account information into Outlook on the single computer at work that everyone will be using for dictations (only one person/day, but varies from day to day). Can a single "generic" email address be used to send all dictations from all users? We would be sending dictations to a single transcriptionist via email. Thanks.
