I recently purchased and installed SoundTap, but I can't get it to record anything, even after following the instructions. I have boiled it down to two problems: 1) Every time I start SoundTap, I get the red text message: SoundTap recorder failed to initalize. Do I have to re-install SoundTap to resolve this problem? 2) In Control Panels/Sound, SoundTap Recorder is not even an option for my Audio default device. How do I correct this?
