Thanks very much for the reply and help! I will give this a try.

I have installed the latest version and applied my license today. I am just now testing to verify my options for my incoming sound and I plan to try to record a video of me singing and playing guitar. I am recording directly into VideoPad using a scarlett solo which is plugged into a mac computer through the USB. I also noticed that if I also plug in my guitar to the scarlett line 2 the audio and guitar are both recorded when creating the video however, the vocal [microphone] is only playing back on the left side and the guitar is only playing on the right. So, it seems like VideoPad is receiving the audio as line 1 = left and line 2 = right. I am not sure how to configure this in VideoPad.

I am recording a new video directly into VideoPad. When I play it back the sound only comes out of the left side. If I use only the "record audio" option, the sound comes through on the left and right as expected.
