@borate That works great, thanks. I'm usually doing this because I've trimmed the videos in the video tab after I've placed them in a sequence. Is there a better way to just have the clips in the sequence auto-update to match what's in the video tab?

Hi, like the title says I'd like to select a clip in the sequence and replace that with something from the videos I've imported already. I don't want to replace it with an external file, but rather something that is already in the videos tab. Is that possible?
