Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, what I am trying to do is to pixelate a student for a video (they do not have a signed video release form). So, uploading the project would be a privacy violation. I have since discovered that the blur and pixilation effect both have the same problem with the intensity, but the blackout effect does not, so I was able to complete the task... just not with the pixilation.

I've created a video with a fairly strong censor intensity. When playing the video in VideoPad, it looks exactly the way I want, with the correct intensity. However, upon export, the intensity drops to what appears to be intensity 10 (the default). I have checked to make sure that the intensity is correct in VideoPad across the whole clip (it is, looks great). Why is it not exporting with the intensity at the correct level?
