I have made that change and will let you know if the problem reoccurs. It does not seem to be consistent, there is no series of steps I can take to duplicate the problem. It does seem to be more prevalent when I have another application open, and I click over to that other application (allowing VidepPad to keep playing).

Intel i7 2.9gzh AMD Radeon HD 7570M 16gb of RAM. I have the latest release. This has been happening since I upgraded I believe. It is not project specific. I can import a video file, drag it on to the sequence video, click play (I generally edit video based on the audio) and it may or may not play to the end without stopping/skipping.

I have a registered version of Video Pad, updated recently. When I have a video in the sequence window playing, so I can watch and or listen, often times, at random, it will skip to the end of the video and stop. I am at a loss.

Nope I started a new project with no effects or anything. Apparently when I updated to the latest version, it was the latest free version that expired after a week or so.

I do lossless export which was not available. I re-entered an old code I had from my last purchase in 2018 and it works, but for some reason I have to reenter every time I open the program.

I updated to the latest version and I haven't had any green screen issues yet, but now 10 days later I lost a bunch of features and can no longer export video. Up until now I've been using it for years with no issue. How do I revert to the previous version?

I am having the same issue. Using VideoPad 11.73 on a Windows machine. I am importing a .MOV file, doing some minor editing, and exporting it as lossless. Every so often it will export as just a green screen. If I export it not as lossless but as MP4, I get the same thing.
