Express Burn / Stamp

I need some help...I downloaded Stamp because when I burned CD's with Real Player or Windows Media Player the CD's were showing "unknown artist" when they were played even though each song file was edited with the correct information before they were burned. So first of all, will Stamp "fix" that problem? Secondly, after downloading Stamp and Express Burn I had no problem with Stamp working correctly...but, when I clicked on "Burn Audio CD" a dialogue box pops up telling me I have to download the plugin to burn the CD and gives me an option to click yes or no. When I click yes it takes me to the Express Burn download page. It's as if it does not recognize that Express Burn is already downloaded. Anyone know the answer to these questions please help me out. I'm new at this sort of thing and any help would be appreciated.
