Guest robbin
Many audio files that I download from internet radio are .rm files. They contain only audio. If I change the extension to .ra, Switch will convert them, but the sound is less than perfect - it is slightly garbled and the volume fluctuates. Is there a way to include the audio portion of .rm files in Switch and make the conversion better than it is now? Thanks!
nchtj
if you are saying the sound quality of the converted file is not as good as the original file, it means the encoder settings you are using are too low. I don't know what format you are converting to, but if you make sure that the format is selected at the bottom of the switch window and click on the encoder settings button, try increasing the settings to higher numbers and see if there is an improvement.
