Swich Freezes during loading file

Please Help me !! It freezes when starts loading with DirectX . I'm using it with DVF from Sony to mp3 .

 

It worked fine a couple of times, and suddenly, not any more.

Well if it worked a couple of times, then there is probably nothing wrong with the program, I suspect there might be a problem with either your DirectX or your DVF files. Try playing the DVF files in media player and/or switch first, and see if they play.

All the DVF files can be played with windows Media Player , but only one or 2 can be played with switch, on allmost all apears this error message:

switch.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I have installed the programs in another computer and I believe that there is an incompatibility of your programs with skype , I suggest you check that, after both instalations, skype lost their user and password, which never happened before, this can not be a coincidence.

I can assure you our software does not affect how other products behave. I have Skype installed on my computer here and have not had one single problem with it, and I install/uninstall Switch almost every other day.

 

As far as your files goes, if you can send one to me that doesn't work, I think I can make a better assessment of whether converting your files is possible or not. Send it to tj[at]nch.com.au
