mobile call answering with TAPI

Hi! I´m trying to do a TAPI application to answer DATA or VOICE calls, directed to my mobile phone connected to the PC (with the correct modem drivers to manage the device).

 

I´ve tested the TAPI capabilities of the device using programs like TAPIBrowser, but I only could do and answer DATAMODEM calls, receiving different errors in other case. Do I need other drivers to model the device as a voice modem? has Somebody obtained any result doing this kind of tests with mobile devices? Could be it possible trying with a pcmcia card?
