CallURL telephony board - line not recognised

I have chosen a call url telephony board as platform for connecting IVM answering assistant.

Board and drivers have installed correctly under win xp and pass all diagnostic tests (IVM can see the two ports as well).

I have so far failed to get the line to connect with the telephone line connection.

 

I have been sent a replacement board by call url and have installed the boards in a total of three different computers.

All same result.

I simply do not believe I have two faulty boards.

 

Am I missing something obvious?

 

has anybody else had a similar problem.
