Multiple Recipients

I've designated both my hard drive and my transcriptionist's email as recipients. One is always designated as "default". When I send dictations, only the "default" recipient receives my dictations. How can I simultaneously send files to both recipients ? Is this because I'm using the trial version of the program ?

You can only send dictations to one recipient at a time. If you wish to email your transcriptionist and have the dictation backed up on your hard drive, use the "Mirror all sent dictations to this folder" option found on the File tab of the recipient properties window.
