jima Posted January 4, 2005 Share Posted January 4, 2005 Occasionally WavePad v1.10 (basic ed.) freaks out and stops refreshing its windows. The overall window is mostly blank, but if the mouse is hovered over items with pop-up help text, the text pops up and then the button label(or whatever) is restored. This is on Windows XP SP2., This seems to occur if you type editing commands "too fast", such as Ctl-Home, Delete, ^R, etc. Clicking randomly on the blank center region until a valid button is clicked elicits the expected response. In other words, the widgets seem to be there, but you just can't see them any more. I tried minimizing and restoring WavePad, but it restored to the same whacked state. Saving the project, exiting, and restarting with the project file was successful, and thereafter I could continue using the project normally. I'm reporting this in the hope that the bug can be fixed someday. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
