multi-user environment with express dictate

We are trying to use express dictate in a multi-user windows 2000 environment. We have two pathologists that each want to use express dictate on the same computer. Each pathologist has his own windows 2000 log-on. I assume that we need two separate licenses. My question is, do we install the express dictate program twice (once in each users log-on) or do we just install it once and activate each license separately for each log-on. You will need two user licenses, and one installation of the program. For each user account on your Windows system you can apply your own license. These are not shared between user accounts, so the first person would login and apply their license and logout, the second person would then login and apply their own license.
