UBS Express Phone

Hi guys,

 

The setup that we have atm consists of two computers each using ExpressTalk Business Edition and each with a USB Express Phone. The server we are using is Axon and we are also using VRS.

 

Whenever we make a call from one phone to another, the receiving phone picks up but there is still a ringing tone on the receiving end. There is no problem with the voice data, we can both hear each other but there is still the ringing tone in the background.

 

When we're using ExpressTalk with a normal headset w/ mic everything works.

 

Is there a way to fix the constant background ringing problem?

I believe this has been fixed in the next version of Express Talk which is in testing now. Check back in a week (or two) and see if the new version has been released.
