rdhw Posted June 12, 2007 Share Posted June 12, 2007 I have SoundTap working for several types of audio-producing applications, but it fails to capture the output from applications that generate MIDI music. Is SoundTap intended to work for MIDI music? I ensured, in the control panel Sound, that the Microsoft software synthesiser was selected, and that the output from that synthesiser was stated to be "SoundTap recorder". Not only did SoundTap not detect a signal to record, it also killed the MIDI output to speakers, even though all other sounds were being repeated to the speakers in the SoundTap options. If the current version is not intended to capture MIDI, will that feature ever be available in a future version? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
