Help with lost registration key

Hi,

 

Our company has been stolen and servers were taken, and with them, the regitering key for the application. The reasons for not having backup, etc are beyond my comprehension, since I'm a developer on company, and the server guys cannot find a suitable explanation ( ), but that's another story.

We'd like to know what is the procedure for recovering the registration for the application, maybe sending a copy of the invoice, or whatever it is.
