It is suppose to be full duplex, but the driver that is installed is half-duplex. It answers and responds to key presses, but i hear no recorded messages in the phone, must be the modem. Sometimes it would stop recording too early so I played with every setting known to me and to NCH. It doesn't handle callerID here in the USA. Just bought a CallURL 2LV. georgenv Posted May 11, 2006 Share Posted May 11, 2006 *bump* Just installed the latest trial version of IVM. I too am having trouble getting my Intel 536EP voice modem to use caller ID. It's clearly stated that the modem is capable here: http://www.intel.com/design/modems/products/536ep.htm Anybody have any ideas that could help me out?
