IMS Registration/New version of IMS

Hi, we have been using IMS extensively....with the new version of IMS, it gives the 'auto-installer' option, however the old registration ID keys does not work....it says that the registration has expired!......now this is a huge problem.....firstly to re-register is not a problem, however we have to bear the costs of calling the client to get them to re-register the the program, or we have to send someone to the client to register the program with the new reg details, then resend the production to them.....is there any solution to this????

seems like everytime something is updated, or a bug gets fixed, only leads to more problems......
