asking reply for customizing VRS

I sent several mail to support center and development center requesting customization of VRS

(about two hour file length, file name- self input mode)

but for 2~3 weeks, I received no reply mail about it

my mail id is mhkang@kbs.co.kr

the version of VRS is 5.07

 

so I'm very curious about it. why no answer???

do you stop customizing service for any reason, or have a plan for newer version including my request?

please let me know the reason.

surely I did request form.

I think there is no way for requst except that way on the site.

5. request for VRS

 

a. File length

<options-recordings-recording options>

maximum record file length(file break time) -1,2,5,10,15,20,30,60 mins -> add 120mins

 

b. File name

- we requested for it before, but we found other developer, did it last week by ourselves.

- so we already use it nowadays.

 

c. MP2 format

<options-recordings window>

- select audio compression code

- add mp2 format(mpeg 1- layer 2), attributes box (~384K/bit)

When our customization department reviews your request they will respond. Please note that due to continuing issues with our hosted service in the USA we are currently experiencing delays with emails automatically generated by our site including invoice/registration details and support inquiries.
