View Sent work progress

Any ideas why the 'view sent work progress' does not upodate or is inaccurate when you send dictations to a folder of which express scribe users are using load and delete (like a dictating pool). Is the progress status linked to another .sta file or something?

Any ideas why the 'view sent work progress' does not upodate or is inaccurate when you send dictations to a folder of which express scribe users are using load and delete (like a dictating pool). Is the progress status linked to another .sta file or something?

 

I get the same result - 'View sent work progress' doesn't appear to work. i.e. in scribe, I highlight the dictation and hit 'done (no reply)' or 'dispatch (Reply with typing)'. either way, dictate doesn't get an update consistently.

 

Is this a bug, or is my config incorrect? I'm demo'ing this software and haven't purchased yet. dictate / scribe seem good except for this issue. I don't have a file system permissions issue, but I'm unsure if I've got all the file paths correct between scribe and dictate. I don't intend to use email to shuttle files, rather I'll be using webdav shares and/or sftp to transfer files. thanks!
